Price and booking
Why is it cheaper to book here?
Airbnb and Booking.com prices carry extra to cover their fees. Here you pay about 15% less per night than the standard price of the same home on those sites. Their non-refundable or promotional rates can narrow the gap.
What is the management fee at checkout?
A 2% fee on direct bookings that covers card processing. It is shown before you pay, and the 15% saving above already allows for it.
How do I pay?
By card through our secure checkout. On most homes you pay 25% when you book and the rest 7 days before arrival. Your exact schedule is shown before you pay.
Is there a security deposit?
No. We do not take a damage deposit.
What is the cancellation policy?
It depends on the home. The exact policy for your dates is shown at checkout before you pay.
Is there a minimum stay?
Usually 3 nights, and 4 on some homes in high season. Longer stays usually cost less per night.

Arrival and departure
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
Can I arrive early or leave late?
If you arrive early you can drop your bags, though the home may not be ready until check-in. Late check-out is possible when the next guests allow it, so just ask.
How do I get the keys?
Most homes have self check-in, so a late ferry is no problem. Some homes have an in-person welcome. We send you the details before you arrive.
Do you need anything from us before arrival?
Yes. Greek law requires guest details for registration, and we will tell you what we need before you arrive.
Do I need a car?
It depends on the home. In Parikia, Naousa village, Piso Livadi and Logaras you can walk to most things. For Tsoukalia and the suites near Kolymbithres you will want one, and at Golden Beach it makes life easier.
During your stay
Are linen and towels included?
Yes. Beds are made and fresh towels are out when you arrive, all washed in our own laundry.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, in every home.
Are children welcome?
Yes. Tell us the children's ages and we will point you to the home that suits your family best.
Can I bring my pet?
Most of our homes do not allow pets. Ask us before you book.
Can I smoke or have a party?
Our homes are non-smoking, and parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours start at 22:00.
What if something goes wrong?
Message us on WhatsApp. We are on the island and we will sort it out.
