Parikia is the island's main town and its ferry port — the first thing you see when you arrive and the last thing you leave. Step back from the waterfront and it becomes a maze of whitewashed lanes, shops, cafes and old churches. Twelve of our homes are here, more than in any other village, and almost all of them are a few minutes' walk from the middle of it.
Eight studios and one-bedroom apartments right in the centre of Parikia, next to the main car park and on a quiet street. In under five minutes on foot you are in the busiest part of the village, with two beaches the same distance away. They sleep 2 to 4.
Fully renovated, three bedrooms, sleeps 5, and about six minutes' walk from the port. This is the one to take if you are arriving or leaving on an awkward ferry — you can walk off the boat and be indoors before your luggage stops rolling.
Three apartments in a quiet residential pocket set back from the noise, for 2 to 4 guests. Renovated throughout, and a short walk from both the beaches and the town.
First trips to Paros, ferry-heavy island-hopping, and anyone who would rather walk everywhere than hire a car. It is also the easiest base for exploring the rest of the island.
